No, the subscription credit is not cumulative. It is only valid for the current payment cycle and expires at the end of the period.
At any time. The profits generated from sales made through your galleries can be viewed in your reserved area. Within the reserved area, you should upload the invoice corresponding to the amount of the profits, and within up to 72 hours, you will receive the amount in question.
Yes, all galleries can be customized with your logo and other branding elements to ensure your visual identity is maintained.
The Free plan only allows the use of one brand. The Standard and Premium plans allow up to three brands. If you have more than three brands, you should subscribe to another plan.

The RRP (recommended retail price) is always set by the photographer. The platform always protects the photographer to ensure they never sell products below the cost price.
To view the price of the products, you must create an account. After logging in, you will be able to access the cost price of each product.
No. Your customer will never know the price you paid to Floricolor for your products. Your customer will only see the price you set for each product.
When the end customer places an order, the photographer receives an email with the order summary. You can also access your private area to review all the information regarding the orders placed by your customers.
In case your customer receives a damaged product, they have a 24-hour period to send an email with images of the issue. The email should be sent to [email protected] and must include the order number and the cause.
Yes. Our parent company, Floriano da Costa & Gavina, Lda, will issue the invoice for all purchases. Your customer will not receive any invoice or communication from the Floricolor brand.
Each guest can upload a maximum of 30 images/files.
Yes. All the products you make available within each gallery will be available for ordering with the photos that the end customer has uploaded to Galleries Live.
No. The trial period lasts for one month of access to the Premium plan. It is free, and you do not need a credit card during the trial period.
